  • Editorial: Features an opening Editorial adapted from recent expert keynotes on evolving clinical paradigms and medical innovation.

  • Abstract (max 250 words), Learning Points (3–5 bullet points), Main Text (Case Presentation, Management, Discussion), up to 5 figures/tables.
