The international journal of « Nutrition and Biotechnological Advancements » is dedicated to the promotion of nutrition research in the large field of biomedical and advancement of knowledge in biotechnology. The typical focus of the journal is to point out applications of nutritional health aspects and biotechnological subjects, supplying case studies exhibition and realistic concepts of biotechnology including case control studies and statistical data analysis.

 

The journal Nutrition and Biotechnological Advancements (JNBA) deals with epidemiologic and intervention research that sheds light on eating pattern and health association and assess dietary methods intakes for human nutrition research. It also encompasses food microbiomes for health, metabolic basis for food ingredients with health benefits, molecular and metabolic approaches to functional foods and biochemical processes for food quality, food waste remediation and recycling. This includes metabolic and system biology, applied molecular and cellular biology, tissue culture technology and other biotechnologies such modern food biotechnology, genetic engineering, biotransformation, bioseparation, biopharamceutics, nanobiotechnology and bioelectronics. Are privileged  excellent manuscripts of original works in all domains of nutrition, immune system, health and disease, functional foods and biotechnology.

 

Peer Review Policy : The journal is peer reviewed and will publish three times a year (March, july and November). Authors are encouraged to submit complete, unpublished and original works that are not under review in any other journals. All submitted articles are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independant anonymous expert referees. All peer review is single blind and submission is online via (site). JNBA is using online review and editorial manager system for quality review process. Editorial manager system is an online submission and review system, where authors can submit manuscripts and check their progress. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinions. Editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publish process. E-mail is sent automatically to concerned persons when significant events occur. The author may submit the names and affiliations of 3-4 potential reviewwers, including their email addressses ; however, the Editor-in-chief is not under obligation to select the suggested referees for reviewing the manuscript. Typically, two reviewers are assigned to review each article.
